A Note From Tania

Dear Members of the Flock!

I hope that Spring has been treating you well - it definitely has been for us Duhks. Right now is the absolute best time to be in Winnipeg - the trees are green, the days are warm and long, people are happy to be out of their winter gear, and the mosquitoes have yet to come out in full force!

We've been having a great time getting ready for this next tour - we are so excited to hit Albany, NYC, and of course, the Winnipeg Folk Festival. This summer looks so exciting to me when I look at our schedule - we are playing some really fantastic festivals, like Grey Fox, Grassroots, and Floyd Fest, and we get to hang out with a bunch of our friends - for a list of our favorites, check out our myspace!

One of the reasons us musicians love festivals so much is because we get to meet up with our buddies whom we only see sporadically, and get to feel like we are part of something bigger than the little vans we call home! So come out and join us in summer festivities - we can't wait to see you!
